No. You do not require a doctor’s referral to see the physiotherapist. However, some insurance companies require that you submit a Doctor’s referral with your claim form. You can contact your insurance provider to determine what they require in order to reimburse your payment.

Yes, we offer direct billing with most of the insurance companies. However, if your insurance company does not allow direct billing, you will be provided a receipt. You can submit your claim with the receipt to get reimbursement from your insurer.
